February 2017 - Barefoot's Copse, Tilehurst

CROW returned to continue the coppicing started in December including gathering more binders for hedgelaying.

Protecting the stools from deer damage.

Lunchtime .....

..... and a good fire was blazing.

Shortly after lunch a steady rain set in but fortunately by then the work was almost complete and it was decided to call it a day.
