Maiden Erlegh Nature Reserve ~ Hedgelaying

For our first task in April we returned to Maiden Erlegh to lay the hedge opposite to that laid in January.

The team (doing battle with the hetherings - or binders): Gary (Earley Town Council), Alan, Grahame (Earley Town Council), John along with Elizabeth and photographer Judith. Alan, a Maiden Erlegh volunteer, was with us for the morning.

CROW is hoping to lay further hedges on this site during the coming year.
