Waterloo Meadows ~ Hedgelaying

Hedge as it was in December 2014. One moment there's not a hedgelayer in sight then long come ....

Plenty of work remains to be done so we will be back.

After an unpromising start to the day with driving rain greeting us on our arrival, the weather gradually improved and the grey overcast conditions had been replaced by blue sky and sunshine by the end of the task accompanied, it must be admitted, by a bitterly cold wind.

Many thanks to everyone who braved the conditions to join us, Barry, David, Jan, John, Marcus, both Mike's, Terry and Alan.
