Wokefield Common ~ Pond maintenance

Despite the recent heavy rain the water was fortunately less deep than had been feared when we returned to Wokefield Common to clear more reedmace from the pond, a continuation of the work we had started last December.

In addition branches particularly those of willow, which were overshadowing the water were cut back.
